the next event up from my past weekend, baby shower #2. the shower was for a long-time family friend and he and his wife are having twins! the request was for both mini and regular-sized cupcakes and duck theme. i made parent and baby ducks out of fondant {dyed yellow and orange} and the cupcakes were chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting. no new recipes so lots of eye candy for you:
i'm pretty proud of them!
if you're still looking for a st. paddy's day cupcake recipe, irish car bomb cupcakes are great. happy st. patrick's day.

Well done, Jamie, those are fantastic! Really, I wouldn't even want to eat them, they're so wonderful looking!
