for the last 7 years of my working life i sat next to one of my favorite people in the world. tomorrow he's moving to the UK for a few months for work. he'll be back, we'll sit next to each other again and have lunch every day. and you may have heard me refer to him as the prosciutto king of the northwest once or twice.
