sassy fit is mobile personal training designed for busy people to get the fitness results they want. i've been getting sassy for about ten months now and i'm hooked. i always tell people it keeps me honest. i leave my weekly session feeling really energized and good about myself. and the best part, i've seen results {i've lost one inch from my upper arms!}
sassy fit offers training for individuals, groups and corporate groups with a
variety of workout types from arms & abs, thighs & hips, even
yoga. i do a little of everything in my sessions. and you don't need much to get sassy - a mat, some hand weights, a yoga ball and space to workout {but not much, i workout in my apt living room.} the trainers are great! they keep things interesting, make you try new things, push you so you're not doing the same thing over and get where you want to be. and they make it fun! when it was nice outside we'd go to a nearby park to do the workouts. it's great.
